Banan to debut on TASI on Dec. 9

Banan Real Estate Co. will begin trading on the Main Market (TASI) on Dec. 9, 2024, under the symbol 4324 in the real estate management and development sector.

The stock will have a 10% daily price fluctuation limit.

Trading in Banan shares was suspended on Dec. 4, 2024, to complete the transfer process.

Last November, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) approved Banan’s request to move from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the TASI.

Banan was listed on Nomu in August 2021. The company has a capital of SAR 200 million, split into 200 million shares at SAR 1 per share.

The stock last traded at SAR 8.25 on Nomu.
