Instead of trading shade, the two queens were trading core strength, holding planks and turning the timeline into a late-night fitness competition.

Just when you thought music was the only thing heating up, GloRilla and Keyshia Cole popped out on social media in the dead of nightserving abs and energy. At around 4 AM, videos show the two musical powerhouses challenging each other to a planking contest. And, it appeared to be all fun and games, but you could tell neither wanted to lose as they held their positions.
In the circulating video, you can hear an onlooker say, Keyshia and big Glo on the floor with it, as the two hold placements on the ground. Meanwhile, others jokingly step in to accuse both icons of cheating during the battle. While its unclear how long the planking lasted, the clips had folks glued to their screens wondering& who really won?
The Internet Tries To Declare A Winner
After that late-night plank battle, the internet immediately started declaring a winner. Some crowned Glo for holding strong with pure determination, while others gave it to Keyshia for keeping it cute and composed under pressure. Either way, the TL was in shamblesand the real winner might just be whoever didnt wake up sore!

Rewind to the 2025 BET Awards; these two werent just battling on the floorthey brought that same energy to the stage. Keyshia and GloRilla teamed up for a show-stopping performance that blended classic R&B vibes with hard-hitting hip-hop bars. The crowd went wild as they fed off each others energy, showing everyone why theyre both bosses in the game.
GloRilla hit the stage in a dramatic white fur coat, kicking things off at a grand piano before unveiling none other than Keyshia Coleperched on top and ready to deliver vocals. The duo shut it down with a performance of their hit collab Typa, which samples Keyshias 2005 classic Love, giving the crowd both nostalgia and new heat. Glo didnt stop thereshe also performed her track Let Her Cook and walked away with the Dr. Bobby Jones Best Gospel/Inspirational Award. One thing about Glo? Shes gonna give a moment every time!
