Greystars flagship China project, LIVN The Spark, recently hosted its first-ever poolside community event, the Sunset Pool Party, at the 7th-floor sky pool. Since its grand opening on March 13, 2025, this lifestyle landmark has become a hub for urban living, featuring twin towers with 579 fully furnished apartments and 2,800 sqm of shared amenities, including an outdoor pool, 24-hour fitness center, co-working spaces, and a rooftop bar.
